👉Kaleji Masala Recipe-1 

This is a dry preparation that can be enjoyed as an appetizer, with rotis or Kerala parotta and even plain white rice.

  5. black peppercorns,
  6.  cinnamon, 
  7. black cardamom,
  8.  onions, 
  9. ginger, 
  10. garlic, 
  11. green chillies,
  12.  tomatoes, 
  13. coriander powder,
  14.  turmeric powder, 
  15. red chilli powder, 
  16. salt, 
  17. yogurt,
  18.  roasted cumin powder, 
  19. garam masala powder, 
  20. and fresh coriander. 

The recipe takes about 50 minutes and serves 4 people.

👉Fried Kaleji Recipe-2 

  • ingredients

  1.  frying mutton liver with roasted cumin powder, 
  2. white vinegar,
  3.  green chilies,
  4.  green coriander,
  5.  ginger garlic paste, 
  6. red chili flakes,
  7.  black pepper, 
  8. salt, 
  9. lemon, 
  10. and oil. 

The recipe takes about 40 minutes and serves 14 people.

👉Kaleji Tikka Recipe-3 

  • ingredients

  1. cooking mutton liver with ginger garlic paste, 
  2. salt, 
  3. chili powder, 
  4. red pepper, 
  5. turmeric, 
  6. lemon juice, 
  7. thick yogurt, 
  8. cumin powder, 
  9. oil, 
  10. and coal.

 The recipe takes about 35 minutes and serves 8 people.
